I just today received THE BEST black-brown eye pencil ever. Chanel Stylo Yeux eyeliner in the shade Black Wood. For years I had worn both Espresso and Ebene which I do love but Ebene was a bit too blue-black and espresso wasn’t quite black enough. I was going to immediately order another in black wood but unless I’m not looking closely enough it appears that it’s no longer here? These Chanel pencils are truly waterproof with intense pigment payoff. They require a bit more work to remove but there’s no need to rub if you use the right products. I love this pencil, just hoping to get another in my new favorite shade.
Beautiful color and texture but detached from the base of the stick within 2 uses. I would not purchase again, no better a prudent than less expensive liners that don’t fall apart.
When I received this eyeliner, I thought there was no way I was going to keep it. The color looked rather light. BUT !!! Then I decided to try it -- and OMG the color is so beautiful, it is BEYOND what I expected. I feel like buying ten of them! The color is a gorgeous metallic bronze that complements my hazel eyes so well. And it goes on so smoothly. So easy to apply! I highly recommend this eyeliner.
