Smudges and runs. The color is pigmented but I do not even get out of the house before it runs in my outer corner which is unacceptable to me especially for a $33 WATERPROOF eyeliner. I will not buy this again.
I have used this eyeliner for years and have loved it. Stays on, no eye irritation, love it! I have strayed away trying other brands but nothing compares to this eyeliner and I am back for good!

I’ve been purchasing this eyeliner over 5years and I can’t try other brands anymore. It doesn’t make my eyes like a raccoon. It stays fresh all day and my eyes look natural. I recommended this eyeliner to my family & friends and everyone loved it.
