Nutrix Royal Intense Lipid Repair Cream was recommended by a sales clerk for my plus 70-yr-old extreme dry skin showing blotches of grey. After a few weeks of use the grey blotches disappeared and my skin feels soft. People remark how youthful I look. I can hardly wait to wash my face in the morning and apply the Nutrix Royal cream. It is great for me under makeup as well. Just recently purchased two more of this product and highly recommend it to anyone with dry and blotched skin.
Great moisturizer that immediately leaves skin refreshed and hydrated. Smells awesome, too, as most Lancôme products do (which is always a plus) ;) buy it, you will not be disappointed :)
I have very dry skin, it's sensitive and prone to redness. This cream might be heavy for some, but with those with dry skin, I would recommend it. It is creamy and quickly absorbed by my skin. I love this product, even in the hot summer Los Angeles days.

I've been using this for years. I have very sensitive skin and cannot use many of the available products out there, i.e. I'm allergic to algae, aloe, and Blue No. 1 dye. When Lancome discontinued their Nutrix moisturizer product, I panicked. Then they released Nutrix Royal and I just LOVE IT! I use it all over my face, morning and night. I've had many people ask me about my beauty routine; they compliment me on how youthful I look!
