I have been using this for a few weeks now and I have seen an improvement in my skin. I like to use it in the morning and I feel like it gives my skin a refreshing feeling afterwards.
I used this exfoliating face wash today and followed with my toner and moisturizer as usual. I was so impressed. Hours later, my face is still noticeably smoother and softer. I will purchase this.

Prosgentle, exfoliating
I use this as a scrub every other day as I'm afraid regular scrubs will be too strong to be used so frequently for my sensitive skin. So far so good. I love how this product makes my skin feel clean and soft and doesn't seem drying. I wish it comes with a pleasant scent though. Although I have sensitive skin, I still appreciate products that come with a pleasant scent. Nordstrom's service has been impeccable as usual, though I wish they would include an option to 'proceed with order even if samples chosen are out'. Don't like to have a whole order cancelled because of an unavailable sample. It's good to have but I'd rather do without that one sample than to re-order.

I have very sensitive skin and this product is gentle enough for daily use but it is too watery and is not effective enough. I get oily on my nose and chin but it is too soft and watery so it doesn't feel clean after using it. I would recommend this to someone with dry skin for exfoliation.
