I thought long and hard about returning this very comfortable and sporty sandal. The front strap was cut 1/2 inch too narrow for my instep and consequently my great toe was not totally covered and even though this strap can be adjusted, I just need more strap width for walking comfort and support. I've had extensive surgeries on my feet but this sandal would be a very comfortablbe shoe for an average foot.

The European equivalent of a 36 should be a 5.5. The European equivalent of a 35 should be a 5.
I ordered a 36 but it is too long at the toes, but otherwise fine and comfortable. I have ordered the 35 which is identified as a 4-4.5 although I have not worn such an American size since I was 21!
I am hoping it fits because I love the shoe!

Proscomfortable, sturdy
My second pair now. Different color. Best sandal ever. I travel a lot which involves lots of walking. Don't have to think twice when they say bring a comfortable pair of shoes. And they look good too.

I agree with the other reviews that these will be a sandal I can were when doing alot of walking. I like the velcro straps because my foot is pretty narrow. I can adjust as I need it. I like the color Atmosphere/Ice white.
