A MA recommended this to me because I was looking for a primer that helped control oil. She said it worked great for her so she gave me a sample. I used it the next day and it did not break me out or change the color of my Pro Long Wear foundation. I also use it as a moisturizer when I am going out in the sun for a long period of time and wearing no makeup. It is not too thick, just use it sparingly.

A salesperson at the MAC counter recommended this to me to help reduce the redness in my skin from my rosacea and said it's also a great primer. I was sold once I learned it has the high SPF in it, but still had my doubts since every single other primer I've tried, even MAC ones, have made me break out after just a few days of using them. She also recommended one of their small face brushes for applying the product and let me just tell you -- LOVE IT ALL! I can put this on my face, brush on some mineral foundation over it, and head out to Palm Springs without a care in the world! My makeup stays put and I can touch up without having to worry about any greasiness. I use an oil-free moisturizer underneath it, wait a few minutes, then apply this and wait a few more minutes before applying my foundation. I will tell you this does not work well under my liquid foundation. It seems to cause my liquid foundation to separate a bit by the end of the day, leaving me with a weird, scaliness on my nose and cheek areas, which is why I only gave it four stars. But I'm still very satisfied with the product.

I have been using this product for the last year and love the coverage on its own or with other make-up. It is well worth the money and the results is great.

so much like most of you, I was drawn to the high SPF, which is amazing since I was going to Hawaii and hate applying sunscreen to my face. This product was so thick and hard to blend that it wasn't very good. I kept trying and trying to rub it in but it did not work. So when I returned from HAwaii, i returned this and got the regular prep and prime
