This is the second time I buy this amino acid shampoo. It is really good and especially for my thin hair. After using it, my hair becomes more smooth. I also like the flavor.
I went to Nordstrom with the intent to purchase the olive oil shampoo, but after expressing my concerns about hair products weighing down my hair, I went with the sales associate's recommendation to try this instead. This did not work for my fine hair. It was immediately limp and stringy, and forget going 2 days without washing, because my roots were a greasy mess. On a brighter note, I tried the olive oil shampoo, conditioner, and mask, and love, love, love that line.
