Love this shampoo but the small travel bottle leaked 2x's. At first I thought it was my fault, 2nd time it happened I realized I got a faulty lid. Still a wonderful (clean w/o stripping) shampoo.
I have very thin hair, which is curly. With other shampoo, my hair usually is very fluffy. I saw a beauty channel recommended this one and its complimentary conditioner. So I tried and it didn't disappoint me. Sometimes I lost a lot hair when using other conditioner, but not this one. And my hair is much more smooth and healthy, and still has volume. Except it is a little bit expensive, I love this shampoo and its conditioner very much!
I received a small sample from a beauty Christmas Advent calendar. Yes the calendar was AWESOME. I was intensely surprised by this shampoo. I think of all sorts of things besides shampoo when I think of Kiehls. I even thought so little of it I used it as a travel shampoo for my child. THEN something magical happened her hair looked freaking amazing. It gave her lovely tones to her already gorgeous hair. Her hair calmed down a bit after use and it just looked healthy. So I finally gave in to my judgement and tried it on my hair. It did the same magic on mine as hers. I went to Nordstroms after my usual sad shampoo ran out and bought a 16oz bottle. I usually buy 8oz bottles of things so this should last for me. My next buy is the conditioner when my usual runs out.

Hair feels soft after shampooing, but they went overboard on the coconut fragrance -- way too much. If you don't like strong-smelling shampoos, look elsewhere.
