I have used many products to help with my adult acne and I so happened to be in Nordstroms when the representative from Kiehl's was in town and she recommended to me this line of products. I was skeptical because I have tried it all and was about to just suck it up and make an appointment to meet with a dermatologist, but I decided to give this my last try. This astringent I was scared about because toners usually burn my face during application and even after but not this one, I was shocked. I love the smell of this line and it doesn't irritate my skin which was a common problem for me and usually getting the irrational after using toners but this whole line is very gentle for acne treatment. I have very sensitive skin on top of my struggle with acne. It makes my face tight and feel refreshed. I have been using this line of products for about two and half weeks and have seen a MAJOR difference in my skin. I don't need to put color correcting make up on before foundation, I feel comfortable enough to walk out of the house without makeup on, overall, I feel more confident. I am so glad I tried this product out. I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone who struggle with acne, from adolescent to adult acne. I know every night when I use this line of products that I will wake up to wash my face happy, because I do. Every day, I see results which is what I have always wanted from a product.
My son has been using this astringent for many years. It’s been very helpful as it cleans without stripping or irritating his acne prone skin. Combined with the Kiehl’s Blue Cleanser it makes an effective system for fighting acne without further aggravating it as so many overly harsh systems do.
