The is toner has a calming effect on the skin. This is a very mild toner. I don’t experience any tingling sensation. It is very soothing, almost mimicking the experience of aloe Vera on the skin. If you’re looking for a toner that is refreshing, soothing and silky - try this!
As I’ve gotten older, my skin is much drier so I needed a product without alcohol that would clean and refresh my face without leaving it dried out. This Kiehl’s toner is great. I can use it in the morning and it removes overnight oil without dryness. The tiny bit of moisturizer leaves my skin fresh but still soft. It’s also great as a follow-up after I shave.
Seems to help with irritated skin. Doesn't cause my skin to break out, in fact, seems to prevent breakouts. Not drying. Best quality and quantity for the price.
