I used to be able to avoid fly-aways and frizzy hair by only shampooing a few times a week, but had to start shampooing daily due to a scalp condition. As a result, I needed to find something that would restore the oil and shine that was stripped away by the shampoo. I've been using this for a few weeks now and it definitely has been keeping my hair feeling and looking healthy, all the while keeping bad hair days at bay.
