I love this stuff. I've been buying it, 4-5 tubes at a time, for years. It works great, doesn't make your hair feel waxy or weighed down and it's pretty much fragrance free -- making it the perfect product in my book. So, of course, Kiehl's discontinued it. And now I am desperately seeking a replacement product and have also stopped purchasing the Kiehl's shampoo and conditioner I use to use with it. Talk about a bad decision with unintended consequences; I loved their product and now they have lost me entirely as a customer.
My hair type is thick wavy typical mexican hair :) on top of that it is dyed blonde. Purchased thinking it would help with frizz and to protect from heat. Overall I did not notice any improvements like other reviews or any additional difference. Perhaps its the hairtype and color but I would not repurchase.
This is a satisfactory heat-protective cream. It seems to help the ends to not be fried. The straightening properties aren't as strong as I need. I have very fuzzy-curly hair in humid Florida, but I use the product for the ends of the hair strands.
