Not the same product anymore.

I’ve worn this product for years & you have managed to ruin it by changing the formula to something cheaper & have also downsized the product for a higher cost.
I hope it really saved you money because I won’t be purchasing anymore.

It is possible that minor changes have been made in the formula of a product; however, the performance should meet or exceed previous results and may not be noticeable at all. There are different reasons why a formula might be changed; availability of ingredients, changing industry requirements, and product improvements are common examples. The ingredients listed on the physical product are always the accurate listing. We hope you will continue to use our products with greater success in the future!
The scent has no staying poster whatsoever and it smells kind of metallic. Why isn’t the Musk Rollerball in stock anywhere?

We are sad to inform you that the Musk Essence Oil With Roller Ball Applicator has been discontinued and not being manufactured anymore. We are forwarding your comments along to our team. Kiehl's musk has been my signature scent since the 90's. Sadly, the roller ball was discontinued, which was fantastic and long wearing. The composition of the spray has been changed, no longer lasting or having the same effect. Hopefully, Kiehl's will realize this is a product having high value, a loyal following and return it to the original quality, instead of throwing it out with yet another discontinuation
