i have been using this for years. it gets even the most stubborn waterproof mascara off (urban decay canonball) you just have to hold it on your eye for a moment and then wipe off. I'll often try new products but i don't know why since i always end up coming back to this one.
This is not a "sting free" eye makeup remover. It also makes my eyes blurry by the residue left over by the cream consistency. I've kept this for awhile and only use when i can't seem to get non waterproof eyeliner off, but always regret it an end up using soap to get the rest.
