Disappointed in quality

Have been purchasing these towels for years and have always loved them. I had to return one of the towels three times because of thread pulls. Sales associate said it must have been a bad run. The price doesn’t reflect an inferior towel. I hope this manufacturing snafu can be rectified because I loved these towels.
I bought these towels because of the color -- exactly matches my bathroom -- but they are also wonderfully thick, soft towels. I've washed them and they look great!
These towels are soft, absorbent, wash well and retain their color. Blue vintage is beautiful!

Loved them and Then Disappointed

Well, I loved these towels and then *poof* they disintegrated. I washed them separately and in mild detergent and then I took them out of the dryer one day and it had a big hole in one of the towels! I have a relatively new washer and dryer and nothing like this has happened before. The towel literally fell apart and now I’m super bummed and hesitant about replacing them with the same towels. Come on 6 months is a ridiculously short time to have expensive towels fall apart!
