A Makeup Must Have!
PostedJanuary 23, 2015
I had to check that I actually hadn't already submitted a review for this product as I've been purchasing it for so long. It really is a make must have in my opinion. The quality of the mineral powder is superb and gives gorgeous coverage which lasts all day. I love the fact that you can build it up in layers depending on the finish you are trying to achieve. I use Tender Rose as I'm naturally quite pale and this adds a little warmth to my skin without being overbearing. A 5 star product without a doubt.

Full but flattering coverage
PostedFebruary 22, 2014
My skin is on the oilier side of normal, I have reddened cheeks, open pores, freckles that have spread into age spots and general discolouration - my skin looks all of its 47 years. I have tried many different mineral foundations and this is one of my favourites. I use the shade Soft Porcelain which suits my 1 shade down from the fairest of shades. The powder is pretty sheer but does cover and is buildable. I find that the pressed and the loose are pretty compatible in terms of shade but the pressed seems to have a heavier coverage for me. As with all mineral powder foundation, I find that whenever I apply I feel as if I have been too heavy handed but with warm hands pressed lightly over the face and a bit of a wait, this melds into my skin imparts a slight glow without shine - it lasts a good 5+ hours on me and does not oxidise. I think that if one has drier skin one may find this a bit drying. As with all mineral foundation, use a looser bristled brush for a lighter coverage and a denser bristled kabuki style brush for more coverage, and buff and buff and buff until your arm falls off.

Great mineral powder
PostedOctober 1, 2013
Having tried a few different brands of mineral powder, I find this to be really good. It covers well without caking. I am 61, and find it great for my skin, as it never looks heavy, but blends in any sun damage spots. I use 2or3 very fine layers, which works best. Sometimes I use her tinted moisturiser underneath, if I want more coverage, but it's not always necessary.
