These pants had to be ordered because they only had samples to try on in the store. They came to my home in two days! I have enjoyed wearing the Lafayette brand for several years and hope that Nordstrom's Portland downtown store will regularly carry it again. The pants fit and are well made. I will like wearing them this fall!!
These pants are truly incredible. The wool is of amazing quality, almost feels like silk, and has a lovely drape. The pants are quite flattering and I can't wait to wear them!
These pants are nicely tailored and are made with the usual Lafayette 148 quality. After I get them altered by the expert Nordstrom alterations staff, they will fit perfectly. What is nice about Lafayette is that their color palette is standard across their lines -- so, a garment in "Ink" from this season will match, colorwise, a garment in "Ink" from another season. This really helps to increase the usage of their garments, indeed making them "classic." Lafayette 148 tends to be on the pricey side, but when Nordstrom puts the Lafayette clothing on sale, it's a good time for me to add to my wardrobe.
