Top stitching unravels

Same issue with the top stitching unraveling. Both these shoes two months ago with only light wear. The top stitching unraveled on the shoe and brought it back to Nordstrom. The salesperson said another customer came back with same exact complaint.
Love these shoes! My husband bought a second pair of them after the first ones were chewed up by our puppy:) He likes the fit on his foot. He’s a little wide, but he’s not a technically wide - so these fit him well. They are supple enough to be comfortable from day one of Wear!
I have been wearing Mephistos for a few years now and they are my go to business casual shoes. Very comfortable and at home in a business casual setting or with shorts/jeans. This two-tone loafer adds another dimension and looks. Comfortable for all day wear involving plenty of walking.
I bought these for my hubby during the anniversary sale and he loves them. Something a little different that can be dressed up or down. He wore them already and they look very sharp. Sizing was normal.
