This is a nice idea and a low cost option but I was looking for something to substantially lower the back strap and this does about like the picture - a couple inches.
This little strap does not lower the bra back enough to make it worth the discomfort. it lowers the back about an inch and a half, while making the bra less comfortable and less lifting. I tried making it lower and it just won't stay put.

This does not work at all. I would not buy this and just buy a bra that does what you are looking for. Also it's extremely uncomfortable and I do not understand how anyone could wear it.
