I like to keep it simple. I wear suits to work so I needed a good pair of shoes but they had to measure my taste and life style. So they have to be good looking, comfortable and long lasting. And this pair of shoes had everything I was looking for. So far I have purchase 8 pairs. I buy them on sets of two so I take advantage of the sales that Norstrom has every year. I recomend this particular pair of shoes to any one who is looking for confort and durability.
Got the brown version. Contrary to what many people said, the shoe was true to the size, not bigger ( at least at 9.5 ).
The quality of the leather, craftsmanship, the finish were all great. The leather and cut were extraordinarily smooth and the shoe literally hugs the feet.
It was NOT as shiny as I had expected from the pictures, perhaps due to a the fine-grained texture on the shell. But I expect it to get better with a couple of professional shines. Was tempted to get the black version as well especially at the sale prices, but decided to try another model for now.
