When I received the tube, it did not look full at all, seemed like the tube only contained 2/3 of the cream. I used it at night after the Shiseido 'Benefiance' softener and my neck still felt sticky. I love Shiseido line so much that I have been using the products for years. This neck cream is the first skincare item of Shiseido that I don't like and I would not purchase it again.

Prosabsorbs quickly
Tried many neck creams and this is the most soothing, and moisturizing that I've used. Love it and will continue to be a faithful fan.
