The young lady who assisted me in finding a lip primer and balm seemed very knowledgable and it ended up being a great find. Thanks! I am going to really miss the Lloyd Center store and staff...

Expensive for what you get

Prossoothing, moisturizing
I have been using this product for a few months now. It applies like a balm from a squeeze tube. It is not high gloss but instead a moisturizer and exfoliant. However, I don't notice much exfoliation unless I rub the product into my lips which seems counter productive to avoiding tugging on tissue around the lips. I do like that my hair does not get stuck on my lips when using the treatment. For $36.00, and only 0.5oz of product, it is doubtful that I will purchase again. It is soothing to the lips and has decent staying power and I can't really appreciate much of a scent. At least not enough to feel the need to return the item such as a previous reviewer stated. If this product was more reasonably priced I would have given it another star. There are plenty of other products on the market in the $20 range that work just as nicely.

Not what I expected
PostedApril 11, 2014
I ordered this item based on the previous reviews and was excited to use it. However, when I started to use it, I didn't care for the scent. The scent is subtle but it bothers me and for this reason it's going back.
This is one of my can't-live-without beauty products. It makes my lips soft and ready for lipstick, no matter how hot or cool the weather. I love that it both moisturizes and exfoliates. Part of my wishes i had never tried it because it is expensive, and now I'm probably hooked for life. I use pretty liberally--I'd say about 10 applications a day, and a tube lasts me about two months. If you don't struggle with chapped lips, you might save yourself the expense, but if you do ... you won't find a better product!
