I wasnt entirely convinced i need a toner/softner, because i'v tried so many diffrent stingy, sticky, versions....but i understood after i tried this! It absorbs really fast, and restores that comfortable, balanced feeling that you sometimes lose after cleansing. it has really helped lighten and shrink my normaly huge pores

I use this product after washing my face with pureness foaming face wash using shiseido face brush and my skin looks and feels great (combo skin)

I love this product. It makes my face feel so clean and soft. It doesn't cause any irritation or burning so I can apply on my eyelids to remove any leftover makeup after cleansing. I have tried many products but this is really wonderful.
I use this before moisturizing (I also use Shiseido's Deep Cleansing Foam and the Gel-Cream moisturizer-they are equally amazing) and it has helped eliminate my clogged pores. I will continue to buy this in lieu of a traditional toner (they often contain alcohol or some other astringent that can irritate sensitive skin) because it feels amazing going on-my face feels reinvigorated and refreshed, but never dry or tight. I didn't think I *really* needed this product when I first bought it, but it has definitely reduced my pore size and helped my moisturizer absorb more efficiently. I highly recommend the entire Pureness line for anyone with combination/sensitive skin!
