It has helped my skin so much. I think my skin is clean after I wash it but then I use this and the cotton pad comes up dirty. It removes all that residual stuff that is left in your pores. I use this and shiseido's mattifying lotion. And in between and use benzolyl peroxide 10% from clearisil. But this product is awesome. oh and i'm a guy.
