This is the second time that I purchased this item. This is the most gentle in its category. I use it to spot treat occasionally clogged pores. It is effecive in clearing them out in a week or so without skin irritations. I highly recommend it.

It did not solve acne problem for me. I wasn't impressed with this product as there are similar OTC products that is half the price as this one. This is an overpriced 0.2% salicylic acid product- I'd like to return it if I can. It didn't do a thing- things are actually worse since it turned my problem area red and swollen. Perhaps I'm allergic to this particular product- I haven't had this problem with other common OTC salicylic acid products.
