These remove a great deal of my makeup, although I do use a separate cleanser for my eyes. The wipes are a very high quality sheet, and are very nice and thick. They are very gentle, so if I don't wash separately afterwards (I know, I know) my skin doesn't feel overly dry or stripped.
I use these to clean my face after playing hockey. The cloths are soft and the cleanser is gentle with a pleasant smell. Much better than some of the cheaper wipes I've tried.
