I love this product! I heard you are changing the formula and adding vitamin C!!! Please do not change a thing. Vitamin C irradiates my skin as well as many other people. Please consider make it another version and let people have a choice!
Very nice product. I was looking for an equivalent of my previous Benefiance WrinkleResist24 lotion and met my needs. I placed 3 stars, because I am not pleased with the bottle. This red bottle is very pretty and stylish, but very heavy and clunky for a daily use. I am very scared to handle this bottle in the bathroom every day, because it's not easy to grip. I don't think Shiseido put much thought into the usability of this bottle. I don't need a beautiful, heavy bottle. I want user-friendly lightweight bottle. I will be pouring this Essence into my old empty Benefiance WrinkleResist24 bottle for my happy ending:)

Customer service was wonderful when my bottle was smashed in transit. I got my replacement very quickly and it's an absolutely wonderful product. I can already see a difference in my skin. It goes into the skin quickly and feels luxurious. And the bottle is beautiful!
