Hard to open bottles

Product is good but if you can't open the bottle what is the use! I had to go to Nordstrom's to get it opened and it took 2 people and a special tool to open! Beware!

Lovely smelling product with properties beneficial for skin brightness, texture and tone. Keeps T zone matte, even with serums, sunscreen and moisturizers on!
