I coveted these shoes for over a year, finally bought it when there was 25% off. Picked it up at the mall, tried walking around the mall, it was PAINFUL!!! I ordered half a size larger as suggested, so it wasn't the length, there was plenty of room at the heel but not enough room for my toes! Plus the buckles feel like they are pinching my toes. I returned them the same day I got them. No turning back, no regret. I went, I saw, and I returned home with my cash intact.
Perfect shoe if you want an adult flat that can be casual cute and classy. Very cute and defnitely can take a beating. Im on my second pair now and its been 2yrs inbetween shoes. Durable and cute, which is something I LOVE! Worth the money I will say, but nothing beats a Nordstrom sale so hold out if you can.

I debated over buying these shoes for months as they are kind of pricy. When I saw them on sale, I went for it. I am glad I did! They are definitely worth the investment! I read several reviews that suggested buying them a half size larger. I am a true size 6, and ended up buying the 6.5. They fit perfectly, and I love that they stay on my heels. I had to contact Nordstrom a couple times because I initially ordered the wrong shoe. They were very helpful and friendly!
This is a very cute shoe--the leather is supple and beautiful, and the medallion really pops. However, it runs very small and narrow. If you plan to purchase this online, consider ordering a half or full size up.
Unfortunately, I will have to return these. I hope Tory Burch considers overhauling the specs on her sizes so that her shoes are more true to size.
