she loved them, they arrived very quickly, no problems with the order and she said they fit perfectly except they need to stretch on the top a little first, but she said other people told her that as well. very comfortable and stylish

I love these flats and they instantly dress up any outfit. I only gave a 4 star rating because they elastic part on the back of the heel hurts for awhile until you break them in. I purchased a 8.5 and I wear an 8, the salesmen said flats always feel more comfortable a half size larger.

I so much wish for Tory Burch to stop producing shoes with elastisized back... The first and the last shoe that I bought is well and alive since 3 or 4 years and it has never stop hurting. In addition to that, everytime I see a woman wearing this type of shoes the back looks really clowny... With this pipeline, the choices of TB shoes are greatly reduced. What for?

i LOVE LOVE LOVE these shoes. i have gotten compliments from everyone that has seen them, they go with everything. I wear them for work and for casual use as well, they are so comfortable. However if you cannot get to the store to try them on, make sure to go a size up if you are stuck between two sizes. I am usually a 9.5 but got a 10 and they fit amazingly. GET THEM!
