I put this on before my moisturizer as it says to. I don't know what it is or what it does, but my skin does not break out at all anymore. It also has a more smooth appearance! People have noticed and asked - It is also hard to find this anywhere but Nordstrom. I just bought two!
Let me just tell ya'll that my skin is probably the most bipolar thing i've ever seen. One day i'd have perfect skin and the next i'm breaking out like no other. The product keeps my skin soooo balanced and i can't go without using it. The salicylic acid in it help keep my acne in check. It helps neutralize the redness on my face, especially around my nose and chin area. It makes for a flawless foundation application because it makes my skin so smooth. I literally stockpile this product because it works so well for me.

Proslightweight, absorbs quickly
Like numerous other reviewers, I have been wearing this product for years. Used with the foundation primer it makes your skin look and feel amazing. So glad Nordstroms has it online since you can no longer find it in stores.
This is one of the only things that keeps my breakouts down and I have tried everything- without drying my skin completely out. I think they used to sell it in the set before they started selling the set with primetime. But I use this regardless of whether I am using the foundation by this line or not. If you are looking for something that is super moisture intense this is not it though- which is great for me.
