This is my favorite brush cleanser. I've been using it for a long time and now have my mom hooked too. Keeps my brushes looking and feeling like new when I use it on a regular basis.
This is neither effective nor conditioning. I made the mistake of first trying this on my Japanese made, goat hair, shadow brushes. Not only did it not remove the shadow color completely, it dried out and splayed the bristles. It also took a lot of rinsing to remove all the soapy residue from the bristles. I suppose it might be ok for synthetic bristled brushes. Would not purchase it again.
