I have been using this product sine it came out years and years ago! The packaging has changed, but thank God not the product. We all know that cleaning our brushes is not only essential to our health, but it prolongs the life of our brushes. I have tried everything from regular dish soap to high end face wash (Philosophy’s Purity) and I always come back to this gem. I find with harsher detergents The bristles feel dry. And with Purity there was still tons of makeup product still left on the brushes. Whether it’s natural hair or synthetic (taklon, etc.) this cleanses quickly and by morning my brushes are soft and like brand new. It literally melts away the makeup. From powder foundation, to liquid, to eyeshadow brushes, to gel liner brushes, it all just melts away. I literally am still using my Flawless Face brush from my original kit from I don’t even want to say how long ago lol!!! Bare minerals don’t ever discontinue this product!!!!

Does not clean the new barepro makeup out of bursh

This cleaner will not clean the new barepro makeup out of the brush I have tried cleaning my brush and will not take the makeup out of the brush. Have tried washing several time.
Can anyone suggest a product that will clean the brush.

I can't recommend this enough. I have been using the same brush for way longer than I care to admit, and I knew I needed to wash it. Since I was placing an order, I decided to throw in this, and I'm SO happy I did. Honestly, I'm not sure how I went as long as I did without washing the brush. (Yuck!) Brushes with normal dirtiness only need one dime-sized amount of the cleansing gel. I assumed my brush would need half the bottle. I only needed to wash it twice (so two dime-sized amounts of cleanser). I'm shocked it cleaned the brush as well as it did with such a small amount of cleanser. This product is fantastic and MUST be in your makeup kit!
