Doesn't fit, too small. The velcro thing is the back is completely non-functional too.

I love this hat, and I have a few hats. The wide brim in front provides excellent sun protection while the flat back allows for easy driving or lounging while wearing the hat. There is some room for adjustment with a Velcro strap in back and the removable/washable forehead padding is a great addition. This hat can go seamlessly from hiking trail to garden party. I haven't traveled with it yet so can't speak to its packability but so far the shape and structure have held up well.

Doesn't look good on me

I bought this hat as an investment piece for the summer. Looks beautiful in the picture. I don't have a large head, matter of fact I have to go into a kids size circumference when I purchase baseball hats. The hat arrived yesterday and after trying it on I see that it sits on top of my head and falls to the middle of my forehead. The hat doesn't have the fall on me like what is pictured on the model. I guess if you have a flat head then this hat is for you. I'm going to try another completely different style and return this one. Besides the fit it is really a beautiful hat. and I wish it would have worked for me..

Nice coverage, dress it up or down, looks great on. Insert is removable for larger head sizes. Item quality is not what it should be for the generous price tag, hence the 4 stars and not 5. Should not be folded - so does not pack easily. All in all a good purchase - as I did order a second one in a different color.
