As always, great Nordstrom customer service

As usual, Nordstrom's customer service was stellar. I went into the Portland store and asked if there were any Eric Javits summer hats on sale. The sales associate said that the "Squishee" was on sale (I love this particular style) but that they were out of stock. However, she quickly found it online, let me choose the color combo I wanted, ordered it for me at the sale price, and had it sent to the store for me to pick up 4 days later. I was very impressed and pleased. I'm happy :) Nordstrom continues to offer the very best retail experience.

Cute hat, but cheaply made

While the hat is cute, it's cheaply made. It arrived with the bow bent and almost falling off. I don't find this quality to be on par with the prices. For almost two hundred dollars, it should not arrive damaged.
This EJ hat is pricey, but it had everting I wanted.... narrow brim, large crown, great Black and Tan color combination, packable. Looks amazing .... ready for summer travel! Win!
