I purchased a 34G. I am a large 34E and often am spilling out of that size, so I opted for a larger one. The bra is slightly better than a torture chamber, but not by much. It's extremely stiff and scratchy on the band. The cups and back extend doesn't cause any spillage, which I really appreciate, but it's just so uncomfortable and painful to wear. I'm always a 34 band and I felt it was too loose. Even trying on for a minute I had to pull up multiple times. Automatic return, without any hesitation.
