I've been buying Nordstrom over the calf dress socks for over 20 yrs; they are the best I've ever found until now. Clearly, there has been a major product change. The socks are thinner and not as tall as before, and they do not stay up. Really an inferior sock and I'm surprised that Nordstrom would sell such a product. Please bring back the old higher quality version!

I have been buying this same product for many years and keep coming back to buy it again.
i have been purchasing these socks for my husband for about 4 years now. he enjoys them because they are wool and offer year-round comfort. he says they stay up on his leg and do not slip down throughout the day and he is on his feet 8 hours a day at work. he also says they do not bind his leg from tightness. I order at least 7 pairs each time i order for a full week's supply. For me, I love the fact I don't have to match them up as they all have the same red thread band at the top which makes pairing them after each wash a cinch. i hope Nordstrom never stops selling these as both my husband and I will be very disappointed. thanks, Nordstrom!
