I have been buying Nordstom brand socks and other apparel at your stores for 30 years. The last several years, the socks have been disappointing. The all cotton dress socks lose their color and shape in a short amount of time. They use to last forever.
The wool blend socks I just purchased, are too big and loose on my feet. I have already worn and washed three pairs because I needed the socks so badly. But, I won't be buying the again.
Maybe the cost of good socks has risen and I should be buying more expensive socks, But, for Nordstrom, I think it would be better to not sell these socks and risk have disappointed customers, like me.
