I bought the socks for my husband. He was not happy with their texture and their fit. The texture was not soft the way the old merino wool socks were. We'd bought those many years ago. The new socks were thin and not long enough in the calf His skin is dry and itchy and the old merino socks are very soothing to him. The new ones, not so much.
You changed the material of these socks. The old ones were my favorites and the only dress sock I have found that fits my size 15 feet. I have been buying them for 20 years. I am very disappointed by this change. The new socks are not as soft, fit tighter, and don’t have as much stretch in them.
