The Best Shoes Ever!

After 6 foot surgeries and a metatarsal fracture, I am truly grateful for these amazing shoes! They are by far the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. The design is ingenious as the leather and insole are so soft and maliable that I never have pain or sore spots even when my feet are swollen after a day of standing. I love these shoes so much that I wear them nearly everyday. They are worth every penny. I only wish the soles were a little sturdier as they wear out after a few months. I'm on my third pair in black and also love the "Bayside" style. I am a loyal Gentle Souls fan/wearer for life!

I have been on a quest to find a ballet flat that is cute and comfortable, and this was the winner. I have tried on upwards of 50 different ones, and nothing was quite comfortable enough. What makes this shoe different is that it actually has some arch support, which most ballet flats don't. Also, the band on top keeps the shoe in place nicely without pinching--a lot of ballet flats flip off while walking. The leather is very soft and of very good quality. There is some rubber traction on the bottom, which is really nice for grip. Overall, I love these shoes and highly recommend them. I have wide feet, and these fit me nicely. If you have narrow feet, they might be too wide, although the strap may make them fit. They otherwise fit me true to size.

Gentle Souls 'Gabby' Flat

I've been having a hard time finding comfortable flats that are also stylish. I used to be a Ballet dancer. These Gentle Souls 'Gabby' flats are so soft and comfortable, they remind me of wearing my ballet shoes! The elastic strap that crosses the insteps of the shoes is made out of a shining, beautiful material with ruffling on the strap that makes it very stylish-looking. I also like that these shoes came in 2 metallic colors as well as basic black. I like metallic shoes very much because they go with everything in your wardrobe. I did have to size up from my usual 8M to an 8.5M so I would advise ordering these shoes a 1/2 size larger than what your usual shoe size is.
