I am a size 9 in shoes but always size up to 9.5 for sandals. The XL fit great and thick strap is more comfortable than my other rainbows.

I usually wear a 7.5-8 so I sized down like the reviews and product detail say to, but the medium were just small enough to be annoying. Should have gone with my true size.

Unfortunately the XL did not fit my size 10.5 foot. Would love for Nordstrom to carry sizes 10 and 11 like the regular Rainbow website does
