I wear 9.5 and ordered the 8.5-9.5 and it was too small. My heel was falling off the back. Had to return.

Love the feel of the materials and how you can tell it will mold to fit your foot over time. Comfortable strap. Wish I started buying years earlier.

I just wanted a pain of flip flops to end the season. The black soles rub off on my feet however, so had to return.
