Finally, I've found the one. I've tried so many sunscreens, and they all left a white cast, felt heavy, or didn't play well with makeup. This one is the holy grail. Blends well with my fair skin, absorbs quickly, and doesn't interfere with any makeup. It's light on SPF, but perfect for a little daily protection.
I use nothing but Clinique products on my face: moisturizer, under eye concealer, City Block and foundation. I've been using "City Block" under my foundation for years, SPF 40. I was disappointed when I saw it only offered at SPF 25. I was even MORE disappointed when I tried out the new formula - it's greasy and the oily part separates from the creamy part no matter how I store it. I've stored in on its side, with the capped end up, with the capped end down and given it a good shake before I take the lid off and it still gushes a big oil splotch when I first squeeze it. Won't be buying this again.

Clinique CityBlock is indispensable

I’ve probably used Clinique CityBlock for two decades. I’ve had melanoma do a daily high-SPF sunscreen is important a must. This sunscreen is light but with excellent coverage. I hope Clinique never alters the formula. It’s a terrific daily staple!

I tried this product after Clinique discontinued the Super City Block SPF40 which I loved and have been using for a long time. I am sorry to say that contrary to the description that this is oil-free, I found the SPF25 oily. The moment I opened the tube, oil oozed out and I saw the oil sheen on my face. Was still oily when I tried the second time.
