I have been eying this boot for a long time now but they didn't have my size. As soon as fall rolled around, low and behold my size became available. I bought these in a heart beat. This is my first La Canadienne boot purchase, and I love them! My foot is in between a regular width and a narrow. These boots fit me perfect which is almost impossible to find. My heal actually stays in place instead of slipping out. I just bought another La Canadienne Boot style called 'Trevis', and can't wait for them to arrive... This is my new favorite brand of boots!

Ultra comfy boot, nice and warm for cold weather, walking through the city, no problem. Really nice looking boot too. (esp. if you are tired of the Americana cowboy style.) Beware - the shaft is meant to fit so if you have larger calves, they might be too snug. However, you can always take them to a shoe repair and have the elastic in the side replaced with a slightly wider one, which I did so that I could tuck my jeans into them.

I love this boot! I searched for a long time to find a boot that fits my slender calves. These are perfect. They look great with a sweater dress or under boot cut jeans. The fact that they are waterproof is just a bonus! I will buy this brand again. Slightly tight across the toes, but I'm sure they will stretch with wear.

I was so excited about these boots, but the calves are indeed narrow- - I have another La Canadienne boot in size 5 which fit perfectly, but these are tough to zip up and I think my calf size is pretty normal. Such a pity!
