Let me start by saying that I love the concept behind TOMS. The idea that you buy a pair of shoes for yourself and they give a pair to someone in need is fantastic. That being said, it's too bad that the quality of their products isn't always stellar. I had to exchange two pair before I had wearable shoes. Good thing Nordstrom generally provides excellent customer service and worked with me until I had some good shoes. :)

I ordered the TOMS classic canvas slip-ons in a size 9.5 after reading reviews that they run small and narrow, and recommended getting a half size to one full size up. I wear a size 9 in Vans and I did buy a pair of TOMS Cordones (shoe with laces) in size 9, which fit perfectly. I received the size 9.5 slip ons and they were too big. I am exchanging it for a size 9. I hope it works out, otherwise, I may need to get a size 8.5.
