bought a pair from them, i ordered 7 for my size but it was to small for me, called customer rep and the exchange was a breeze, the replacement came within 5 days and im so happy with the shoes, i will surely buy future item from nordstrom

It' an awesome shoe ! I am blessed with large feet for a girl ( 12w) so i had to result to mens toms. Luckily i went to nordstrom and tried it on. I thought I needed a 11.5 ( I wear a 11 in mens) but I actually needed a 12. The 12 is a little too big but it will do. I LOVE the style. If you have wide feet you should probably order the next size or half size up. It does have a very thin sole but I wore them for about 3 hours walking on and off and I didn't feel like I was walking on the floor nor did I have any pain. I am also overweight so this is fine if your heavy. The men TOMS just fit weirdly but they are an awesome shoe. Also nordstrom has a good return policy so if you don't like it they will help you !
