Nice looking boot

I really liked these boots. Well made. Nice looking. However, I have a larger calf size. While my calf size corresponds to the dimensions in the description, and I easily slid the boots on, I could have never pulled those boots on over jeans. I chose to return them.
I have tried several of these on and sometimes the calf is just fine, and others it's too tight. I ordered an 8, I typically wear an 8.5, and the calf was too tight. It pulled up but pulled my jeans right with it. I wear a size 6 or 8 in pants and have normal sized calves so I'm not sure how little your legs need to be to make these work. I ended up exchanging them for the Hunter Original Adjustable Back boot which worked just fine.
That said, they are gorgeous and the Dark Olive color is fantastic. It's nearly black, but not. A lovely classic color.
OMG - the glitter ones are amazing. I honestly ordered them b/c I HAD to see what they looked like but was thinking I would keep the high gloss black, but the silver glitters in rainbow colors at an angle and I HAD to keep them. I love them!!!
I have an older pair of red Hunters that I also love. Love love love.
