I purchased the black high gloss hunter boots for my daughter to replace the ones she lost. When they arrived there were areas on the boot along the front and on the side that was smudged (not glossy). We rinsed the boot with water to see if it was dust from shipping and the areas stayed the same. I can't believe that I paid $167 for these boots that look horrible. We would have asked for a return but unfortunately, she has been hospitalized since receiving the boots. I'm beyond disappointment.

Proswonderful!
These boots are fantastic, exactly what i expected. Size fit perfect.
These are really great for snow. I know they're used for rain but they're good in snow too. They're not too warm so I recommend wearing high socks with them. I did not buy the hunter socks, I use my own and it worked fine. They fit perfect around my calves but if wore any ticker socks or two layers, it wouldn't fit on me, so just be aware that they're not too wide. I wear a size 9 and I bought a size 9.
Bring on the rain! These boots look great and are so well made. I am short at 5'2" but they still hit at a nice part of my leg - not too high which is what I wanted. The glossy black is really cute. I intend to buy the shearling inserts to make them even more comfortable. Love!
