This liquid eyeliner goes on smooth with no tugging on your eyelid. I like it because it stays on and doesn't smudge. The wand is easy to use, you can make your line thin or thick.

I was surprised the eyeliner stayed for my 10-hour work day and 40 minutes swimming session afterward. Will get another color in black. Good job EL!!
