Proseasy to use, natural-looking, long-lasting
I've never thought brow pencils look natural, and some of the other options have way too many steps. This brow gel is easy to apply, using an angled brow brush (mine is not the Laura Mercier), and can be applied lightly or with a heavier hand for a more dramatic look. I've been using it for a couple of months, in heat and humidity, and have been impressed that it stays on. I have medium to dark brown hair, and the "soft" color fills in without looking too dark.

The shade "fair" is wonderful color for blondes & strawberry blondes. Stays on all day!

Prosnatural-looking, long-lasting, effective
My eyebrows are a real problem area. They have always been skimpy and always look too light in comparison to my very dark brown hair. The difference in defined eyebrows versus their natural look is the single most dramatic improvement in my looks made by makeup. I use the warm color (which isn't really warm, so I don't get the name), which is a dark brown. Using the recommended Laura Mercier brush, I can create eyebrows that are both defined and natural looking. The formula adds to the definition and acts a bit like a brow wax to hold eyebrow hair in place. One downside to building these natural-looking brows with the brush: it is real work! The brush is like building eyebrows hair by hair, not like a few strokes with eyebrow powder that--although runs the risk of looking "drawn on"--is much faster. It you have skimpy brows like mine, be prepared to spend some time building them up. The end result of the Laura Mercier brow definer and brush is very natural looking, I just get impatient. If you have thicker brows and only need some definition with color, I am sure the process will be much, much faster.

This is the best stuff I have found to fill in my eyebrows. It lasts all day and looks really natural. It is very simple to use, much easier to use compared to a pencil in my experience.
